Rotarians from two South Bay clubs, Chula Vista Sunrise and Chula Vista Eastlake, celebrated Rotarians at Work Day volunteering at the "J" Street Marina.
Working to support the South Bay Sustainable Communities, Rotarians cleaned up trash in the water and land, resulting in numerous buckets of debris. A special thanks to Chula Vista Kayak for providing the kayaks, and the SBSC for providing the grabbers, gloves, buckets and more!t With Rotary's adoption of protecting the environment as a 7th area of focus, we hope to stay involved with this project in the future! It was a beautiful morning on the bay!
