Today's morning meeting was a "Business Meeting" with lots of updates and dates for future events from President Jeff. Jeff reported that our March service project to support The Rotary Foundation was a success, with club members making $425 in donations. We are close to our yearly goal of $4000.
Our club will be awarding four $1000 scholarships to our Interact students. Gina, Nancy and Rochelle will be getting together to finalize the process soon. Gina and Sophia reported on upcoming events for Rotarians at Work Day which coincides with Earth Week. Stay tuned for more info and links to registering in the newsletter. Gina also reported that the Model UN students did a great job. "It's a pretty fantastic experience."  Congratulations to Gina and her son son, Josh, who were recognized by Jewish Family Services for delivering their 100,000th meal! Well done! Important potential dates to look forward to: a club social at the Bell's on May 16 and our first in-person meeting at the KOA on May 27. Mark our calendars! YAY for vaccinations!
